Refriango has just been awarded another international prize! The jury of the prestigious World Beverage Innovation Awards chose Refriango as a winner in the category of Best Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative, with the project “Refriango Gives Life to School”.

This is another great achievement for Refriango, who won this award from hundreds of applications from more than 40 countries.

“Refriango Gives Life to School” is a project that fosters academic success and that provides school kits to children, so that they engage in their studies and ensure a successful future. Each student receives a kit that includes notebooks, pencils, pens, rubber, sharpener, ruler, pencil case and backpack. With these new school supplies, students feel more motivated to go to school and learn, thus reducing school absenteeism.

The project also includes the provision of educational materials to schools such as maps, time tables or alphabets. In 2014, this initiative has helped over 5,000 children across the country.

The award for Best Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative was delivered to Refriango in BrauBeviale, the largest drinks’ fair in the world, held in Nuremberg, Germany.
